After designing for hours, this is one of my favorite afternoon gluten-free & dairy free snacks. It’s super simple and something this takes me back to the simplicity of childhood.







Baked Apple Dessert: gluten free & dairy free

2 large good baking apples, such as Rome Beauty, Golden Delicious, or Jonagold
1 teaspoon cinnamon
handful chopped pecans/walnuts
handful of raisins
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey

Cut up apples. Oil your baking pan lay cut apples inside. The drizzle the rest of the oil over the apples. Drizzle the honey over the apples and well. Then sprinkle the cinnamon, pecans, and raisins on top of the apples. Put in the oven 375 for 15 minutes or until apples are soft.

Serves 1 or 2 people.
